For more than three decades, I have had the privilege of serving the Lord through preaching, teaching, pastoral ministry, and sharing the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

My journey in ministry has taken me through many opportunities to serve, teach, lead, and encourage others. Through every season, I have seen God's faithfulness, and my desire remains the same: to help people know Jesus Christ and grow stronger in their faith.

My Calling to Ministry

My journey in ministry began in 1993 when I became involved as a Royal Ranger leader. What began as an opportunity to serve quickly became a calling to help people know God, grow in His Word, and become all that He has called them to be.

Over the years, God opened many doors for ministry. I have served as a pastor, teacher, leader, and minister in a variety of settings. Each season has taught me something new about serving people and trusting God.

My heart has always been simple: to share Jesus, teach the truth of God's Word, encourage people in their faith, and help them know that they do not have to walk through life alone.

A Ministry Beyond the Church Building

Ministry has changed in many ways over the years, but the message of Jesus has not changed.

Rusty Ward Ministries exists to take the message of Jesus beyond the walls of a traditional church building and into the places where people live, work, struggle, worship, and search for hope.

Through preaching, teaching, prayer, devotionals, podcasts, social media, Church Online, and other forms of ministry, the goal remains the same: to build faith and connect hearts to Heaven.

Wherever you are and whatever you may be facing, my prayer is that something you see, hear, or read through this ministry will point you closer to Jesus.

My Heart for People

I have always believed that ministry is about people.

Behind every prayer request is a person. Behind every testimony is a story. Behind every struggle is someone who needs encouragement. And behind every life is a God who loves them.

My desire is to be faithful to the calling God has placed on my life—to preach His Word, pray with people, encourage the hurting, strengthen believers, and point people to Jesus.

I don't have every answer, but I know the One who does. And I believe that when we put our faith and trust in Him, we never have to walk alone.
